For consultants & coaches tired of no-shows

Free calls cost nothing to skip.
Make every booking come with skin in the game.

Prospects place a card-backed hold when they book. Show up — it's released. No-show — it's captured. No charge to anyone who actually shows. No Stripe needed to start.

01 · The problem

Discovery calls are too easy to book — and too easy to ignore.

A no-show discovery call doesn't just waste an hour. It breaks your flow, delays your pipeline, and hands control of your calendar to someone who had nothing on the line — whether you're a consultant, coach, or anyone running sales calls for a living.

That's the root problem: they had nothing to lose.

01

A calendar full of people who actually showed up.

The slots that used to be eaten by ghosts are now real conversations with prospects who put something at stake.

02

Fewer calls. Better calls.

A small piece of friction at the top of the funnel selects for intent. You'll book less and close more.

03

No more 9pm 'just confirming' texts.

The hold does the chasing for you. You stop being a reminder bot.

02 · The math nobody runs

What is a no-show actually costing you?

Most operators feel the pain but never quantify it. Drag the sliders. Use your real numbers. Then ask whether a 10-minute setup is worth it.

03 · How it works

Set it once. Share one link.

01

Set your policy once.

Pick a hold amount and a no-show window. We have sane defaults; you can tune both to whatever feels right for your offers and your audience.

02

Share one link.

Drop your CommitCall booking link wherever you already send prospects — bio, email signature, sales decks.

03

They book and authorize.

Prospects pick a slot and authorize a hold on their card. Nothing is charged. They get a clear receipt and policy.

04

Show up or pay.

They show — hold released, zero charge. They no-show — hold captured per your policy. You do nothing either way.

An honest note about pricing

You never pay us a dollar.
No-shows pay you, or they pay us.

No setup fees. No monthly subscription. No per-attended-call cut. CommitCall's revenue comes from no-show captures — paid out of the hold they placed when they committed, never from your wallet. On Track 1, we keep the capture and you get a calendar full of people who showed up. On Track 2, you connect Stripe and keep 80% of every captured no-show — so when prospects break their word, you get paid too.

  • Holds run on CommitCall's platform.
  • Prospect shows up → hold released. Zero charge to them, zero fees to you.
  • Prospect no-shows → hold captured. CommitCall keeps it.
Your win isn't the captured hold — it's a calendar full of people who actually showed up. The capture is just what keeps the lights on for us when prospects don't keep their word.

  • Holds and captures route to your Stripe account.
  • Prospect shows up → hold released. Zero charge, zero fees.

05 · The honest FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

It selects them. Serious prospects don't blink at a refundable hold — it's the same mechanism a hotel or rental car uses. Tire-kickers do bail, which is the entire point. Most users running CommitCall book fewer calls and close more of them.
Not in our experience — the framing matters. The booking page is calm and professional, the hold is clearly explained, and your prospects get a receipt that reads like a normal business policy. If anything, it raises your perceived value: people who require commitment are people whose time is worth committing to.
No. It's a card authorization — the same kind hotels use. Funds are reserved on the prospect's card but not transferred. If they show up, the authorization is released and nothing ever moves. Your prospects see a pending line item, not a charge.
Technically yes. In practice you'll be wiring up payment links, pre-auths, refund logic, no-show webhooks, calendar checks, and a policy email — and Stripe doesn't refund processing fees on charge-then-refund flows, so attendees pay a hidden tax. CommitCall handles all of that as one product, with proper authorization holds, so attended calls cost nobody anything.
You set the rules. Most users add a "one-time grace" clause — first no-show is forgiven, second isn't. You can also override any capture from the dashboard with one click. The policy is yours; we just enforce it.
Stripe handles cards from 195+ countries; CommitCall inherits that. Holds work the same way globally.
